Rules and Regulation

1. This contest is open to residents of Canada (no Quebec) and USA.
2. Contest starts Friday, April 08, 2016 and ends Saturday, April 30, 2016 (Eastern Standard Time).
You must complete the steps below in order to qualify for the contest. We will verify this (by screenshot) when the winner is contacted through Facebook.
1. Like our Facebook Page HERE & and post a message on our wall that contains either the words Action Camera Canada or Action Camera USA in your message, depending on where you live. See Step 2 for an extra (optional) ballot.
If you have already liked our Facebook page in one of our past contests, you still must post the worded message (step 1) on our Facebook page to confirm your entry.
2. (Optional, but earns extra ballot) Like our Twitter Page HERE, and you get an extra ballot for this draw. If optional step is completed, your Step 1 Facebook post must have your Twitter username in the Facebook message, for example "Thanks for the contest! Action Camera Canada + @username" or "Thanks for the contest! Action Camera USA + @username".
Winner will be contacted through Facebook (from a post on our wall AND through contacting the winner directly on Facebook). Winner's name will also be posted on the contest page linking back to their Facebook page. Winner will have 2 days to claim their prize by replying with a screenshot of them liking our Facebook page (and or Twitter Page), their full name, phone number (for shipping), and full shipping address. If the winner does not reply in 2 days, a re-draw happens.
2b. Drawing of prizes will be conducted the good old fashion ballot in the hat method. This means ballots go into a hat, and then drawing a single ballot from the hat at random to decide the winner. Please give me at least 1 or 2 days, depending on the number of entries, to complete the draw. Keep an eye out on ModSynergy's Facebook page for all updates on who wins.
3. Shipping of item(s) will be handled by ModSynergy, winner DOES NOT need to pay for shipping. ModSynergy is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any possible duty taxes, that is the responsibility of the winner. Items will be shipped with tracking number by either Canada Post or stated otherwise stated. Canada Post mail if shipped to the USA is forwarded to USPS.
4. Product for this contest was used for its own review seen here, and is in excellent condition with all original accessories and box..
